Small Biz with Not So Small Dreams

Good Time Creative is proud to be a woman owned small business. Celebrate #nationalsmallbusinessweek with us!

This week, we joined thousands of other small businesses at the SBA National Small Business Virtual Summit. This year’s events spotlighted the resilience of America’s entrepreneurs and the renewal of the small business economy as they build back from the economic crisis brought on by a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic. The virtual summit honored the nation’s 30 million small businesses for their perseverance, ingenuity, triumphs, and creativity. It was a humbling experience and we learned so much from our fellow small business owners and employees.

"More than half of Americans either own or work for a small business, and they create about two out of every three new jobs in the U.S. each year."

Good Time Creative was born in a pandemic and is bred by fearless creatives with a passion for the live event industry. Founder & CEO, Marissa Hohner, kicked off her professional career working for a global corporation. She grew tremendously and learned so much from her time within corporate America, but she yearned for more creativity and stronger connection within the industry and clients she worked with. She made the jump over to the small agency style of business and never looked back. Good Time Creative is proud to be not only a small business, but a woman owned and operated small business.

So, what can you do to help small businesses across the nation? Here are a few FREE and easy tips:

When you support small businesses, you are contributing to a thriving economy and a tighter knit community. When you consider how many small businesses surround you in your everyday lives, it is hard to imagine life without them.
